Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the baggo website or platform in any way, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the baggo platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information at the time of registration may result in permanent account closure.
- All individuals using baggo.ws from any device
- Registered account holders
- Anyone accessing the platform from Bangladesh
- Any user browsing as a guest
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on baggo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may only maintain one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. If you detect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before processing large transactions. A valid copy of your National ID or passport is required. Withdrawals above a certain limit will not be processed until verification is complete.

While using the baggo platform, users are required to comply with the following rules. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All transactions on baggo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and selected bank transfer methods.
Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be accepted. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balances can be withdrawn. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could result in processing delays.
Any attempt to deposit funds through money laundering or from illegal sources will result in immediate account closure, and the relevant authorities may be notified. All transactions are recorded and can be verified when required.

Users are solely responsible for any gaming losses — the platform is intended for entertainment purposes and does not guarantee financial gain.
Intellectual Property
All content on the baggo website — including logos, designs, code, images, and text — is fully protected under intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or using any material for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Services
The platform may use third-party payment gateways or game providers. Each third party's own terms and conditions apply, and baggo is not responsible for their operations. By using any third-party service on the platform, you are also bound by that service's terms.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Changes
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Baggo reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- If Terms & Conditions are violated
- If evidence of fraud or deceptive activity is found
- If false information is provided during registration
- If illegal activity is suspected
- In the event of extended inactivity (over 12 months)
Users may request account closure at any time. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Baggo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the date on the page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved within the Bangladeshi legal system.
